A Moment Before Prayer

My child is in pain!

He can not even tell me or show me where it hurts.

He is crying scared like I'm not even here. Does he know I'm here?  What  is  happening?  I don't know how to help him!

Oh God Please help us........

This drawing and words has been tucked away in my closet for a long time.  It was so sad, I was not sure of an appropriate time to share it, until now.

I have brought it out as a testament of the agony and pain endured often if not daily to innocent children and their families suffering from autism/mercury poisoning.

It is my hope that it may bring about awareness and change. And possibly healing for those who cannot express all of the emotions in words...Like myself.
